OK, yeah I agree that drinking water can be difficult especially if you aren’t used to it like me or forget you’re supposed to.

Before I start I’ll like to say that the whole “the ideal number of water to drink in a day is 8 glasses” is not totally true and this is because it is not scientifically proven.
Well, I personally decided to work with eight because this eight times have different benefits it adds to the human body than just being hydrated, so i had to figure out a way to drink 8 glasses of water in a day and yeah drinking too much water kills… You don’t believe that 😂 That’s why you have millietalks, you see I just taught you something and when I say Millie gang family is the best you’ll keep arguing.
Today I’ll be sharing my secret, on how I drink 8 glasses of water in a day, with you my family 😘.
So y’all know that it’s advised to take a glass of water every morning before anything else.
So I take the first glass of water every morning and since I always take acv (apple cider vinegar) every morning it’s impossible to forget, that means I have seven glasses left.
On days whereby I wake up early and have time to do a few things before its time to prepare and go out, I drink the second glass of water before bath… It’s also advised to drink a glass of water before bath because it helps lower blood pressure level, plus it’s like one hour before my breakfast so it’s a win win🙌🏽🙌🏽
On days I have to go straight from the bed to the bathroom I tend to drink the second glass of water while am dressing up and still about my make up. So I have six glasses left.
On my way to class or wherever am gonna be that day I get a bottle of water(50cl) which might be more than a glass but well I count it as a glass, and when I arrive at my destination I drink the third glass it. la la la I have five glasses left.
I drink the fourth glass of water thirty minutes before lunch because it aids digestion, which means I have four glasses left.
I drink the fifth glass of water an hour after lunch (sincerely I struggle with this, most times I tend to take it 2 or more hours later 😂 but I still try sha😆😆). So I have three glasses left.
I drink the sixth glass of water an hour before I have dinner. So I have two glasses left.
I drink the seventh glass of water an hour after dinner (most times I drink 2 glasses of water). I have one glass left.
I drink the eighth glass of water an hour before bed. So am officially done for the day 😂
Quick advice don’t drink water while eating… Like really don’t.
